Torchlite RV Park Rules

- The Mobile Home / RV Park is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, fire or theft.
- All Mobile Homes sold in park must have new owner approved by management pursuant to application procedure.
- No one is permitted to sublet a mobile home.
- When moving, everything that belongs to you must be taking with you at once. We are not responsible for anything left behind, and you will be billed for removal of anything left on the lot.
- Tenants / residents are responsible for keeping your yard, patio, sidewalks, and street cleaned (the parking space immediately in front of your lot). Only outdoor furniture is permitted on patios. All garbage must be replaced in trash receptacles provided by park.
- Owner / residents are responsible for maintaining skirting, poles, hitches, storage sheds, gas tanks, stairs, etc. They must be kept painted and in good repair.
- Anyone destroying or damaging park property will be charged the cost of repairs and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
- Alcohol consumption in common areas is not permitted, nor is loud parties. Residents are held responsible for their visitors’ conduct within the park.
- The use, possession, or trafficking or illegal drugs is prohibited. The law permits the prompt eviction of anyone violating illegal substance laws.
- Radios, TV and musical instruments must be turned down to keep noise to a minimum, day and night. (Quiet hours are before 8:00am and after 10:00pm)
- All children must be accompanied by adults and supervised at play.
- Clotheslines are not permitted.
- Only blinds and curtains are permitted to be hung in the windows of trailers.
- Garage sales are not permitted without the prior consent of management.
- No landscaping maintained by the park on your lot or in the common areas may be moved.
- No pets allowed in the park.
- Tenants shall not knowingly permit persons who have been warned to stay out of the park by Park Management or who have been evicted from the Park by legal process to reside in or visit in your home. This is for your protection and that of the other residents. Violators shall be issued a written violation notice. Failure on the part of the tenant to take the required corrective action shall result in immediate removal from the park per Statute 513.13.
- Oil changing and major repair work on autos is not permitted in the park. Vehicles must be in running condition. Vehicles must be properly muffled to legal standards and have current tags and plates. Autos must be parked in space provided. Failure to meet any of these requirements could result in having vehicle towed at owners expense.
- All rates are for 2 occupants only. There is a $5.00 per day, per additional occupant fee.
